About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assign, direct, and monitor daily cycle counting operations
- Assign, direct, and monitor reports required for movement of control products and narcotics under DEA regulations
- Assign, direct, and monitor DEA documentation validation and processing of Class II customer returns
- Ensure morgue operations adhere to vendor return policies and minimize exposure to outdated, short-dated, or damaged product
- Assign, direct, and monitor recall-item processing
- Maintain item profiles, descriptions, bar codes, and system item statuses
- Coordinate with distribution center supervisors for efficient warehouse operations
- Motivate employees to achieve productivity and quality standards
- Recommend improvements to inventory control procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and solve problems
- Conduct interviews and recommend applicants
- Complete performance appraisals with Distribution Center management
- Train new employees
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports
- Ensure company and government security, safety, and housekeeping policies are followed
- Maintain positive employee relations and consistently apply management principles, policies, and procedures
- Ensure quality service is provided to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required
- 3-5 years experience
- 3+ supervisory/management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, or until task complete
