About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintains professional working relationships with all medical personnel
  • Remains available to customers/patients and maintains a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Organizes and assists the pharmacist
  • Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients and ordering when needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Works with the pharmacy team to ensure best practices are followed regarding 340B
  • Covers PTO and works on an as-needed basis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferred
  • Retail pharmacy technician related experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
  • May require vendor credentialing
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
