Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Translate between engineers and stakeholders regarding project timelines
Track risks and dependencies before they become incidents
Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams
Own clear, current, and useful project status reporting
Lead steering committee meetings and other key touchpoints
Manage stakeholders across technical and business teams
Serve as the communication hub, translating updates, risks, and decisions for appropriate audiences
Organize project teams, schedules, responsibilities, resource requirements, budgets, and reporting
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and integrate vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
Ability to work on complex projects of large scope
Ability to develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Ability to complete work independently with general guidance on new projects
