Use deep subject matter, functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal and external customers and stakeholders identify and meet high-priority needs
Jointly develop practical implementation plans with other accountable parties
Generate practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities while maximizing existing resources
Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas and stay current on trends and best practices
Assess and listen to customers to understand and anticipate needs and determine priorities in the context of the overall enterprise
Assume responsibility of a V1 role in most large meetings and events
Set and maintain the standard for video switching and distribution for the team
Work on multiple large, highly visible projects simultaneously and deliver all project-specific deliverables by deadlines
Ensure audio/video systems are implemented correctly and maintained appropriately
Train less experienced team members on implemented video technologies
Apply technical knowledge to varied tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Preferred knowledge of audio-visual/video (av/video) hardware and software
Experience running/leading corporate town hall events with audio-visual/video technology preferred
Live Video Switching and Distribution preferred
Knowledge of Vizrt/Tricaster and BlackMagic Design ecosystems preferred
Video Broadcast experience preferred
Live camera and PTZ camera setup and operation preferred
Video editing using multiple programs, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects, preferred
General A/V tech knowledge supporting breakout rooms preferred
Zoom support and troubleshooting preferred
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hours a day
Experience consulting and communicating with executive leadership teams for small to large town hall meetings and events preferred
Quick learner with ability to manage stress and multitasking on a daily basis preferred
Experience working with vendors on product selections to maintain or enhance team capabilities preferred
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IP protocols and networking concepts, including NDI and Dante, preferred
Intermediate knowledge of wiring, installation and troubleshooting complex Audio Visual systems preferred
Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30% of the time preferred
