About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the pricing process within the EMEA region
- Launch, manage, and maintain Power Apps pricing application for pricing approval workflows
- Partner with commercial and finance leaders to align on pricing strategies that drive business value
- Update and maintain pricing tools used by commercial, pricing, and finance teams
- Own day-to-day escalation management for complex customer and supplier pricing issues
- Coordinate across commercial teams, bids and tenders, contracts, pricing council, and finance teams
- Drive root cause problem solving, continuous improvement, and process simplification
- Seek automation opportunities and proactive ways to prevent recurring pricing issues
- Maintain focus on audit controls, quality assurance, compliance requirements, and operational standards
- Ensure employees operate within established guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience in a commercial team environment and working with business partners
- Working knowledge of concepts, principles and technical capabilities
- Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Ability to identify possible solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them
- Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters
- 2–4 years of experience in pricing, preferred
