About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase Cardinal Health brand product penetration in program reviews and surgical glove engagements
  • Accelerate Cardinal Health brand through speaking engagements, clinical webinars/articles, CE courses, and clinical sales tools
  • Conduct state-of-the-art live and virtual trainings for external and internal customers
  • Provide relevant clinical knowledge tools and support
  • Participate in program reviews to promote efficiencies, process improvements, safety standards, and savings
  • Participate in customer-facing clinical activities and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify pipeline gaps and support strategic accounts
  • Clinically partner on and support large-scale evaluations and implementations
  • Clinically support new product launches
  • Improve product mix and profitability through program reviews
  • Participate in regional activities
  • Lead post-sales assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of products and services in complex environments
  • Develop, plan, and manage customer training programs
  • Serve as lead consultant and resource to internal and external customers
  • Mentor internal staff on best practices
  • Obtain customer feedback for product and service improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideal candidate will live near a major/regional airport within the United States
  • Willingness and ability to travel — expect 80% of the time
  • Current RN license required
  • 6-8 years of experience in related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Intraoperative nursing experience preferred
  • Operating room management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred
  • Must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility to access customer sites, including Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including subject matter expertise with webinars, podcasts, and clinical articles
