About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, deploy, and evaluate learning solutions supporting employee development and organizational capability
Analyze learning needs and develop training curricula, technologies, and programs
Manage trainings provided by third parties
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learning
Provide instructor-led training
Manage training processes to maximize employee value from learning solutions
Deliver training materials including presentations, guides, manuals, and course evaluations
Coordinate training schedules based on training needs
Apply concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identify possible solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2+ years’ experience in related field preferred
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices preferred
Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
Experience working in business systems such as RGH, OIT and ICON, preferred
Strong understanding of at-Home Solutions Edgepark products, processes and functions, preferred
Strong oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong work ethic
