About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions
Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, operational observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping
Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps
Build data-driven investment business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, working capital improvements, service enhancements, and ROI
Lead multiple concurrent product initiatives and ensure delivery of business value
Lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, defining scope, metrics, dependencies, and risks
Influence leadership decision-making through executive presentations and fact-based recommendations
Establish and monitor product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams
Drive adoption of product management best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and building ROI-based recommendations
Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives with limited direction
Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and integration points among IMS, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain platforms
Proven success serving as a Supply Chain Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong analytical capabilities using data, metrics, financial models, and business insights
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Ability to work within EST or CST business hours
