About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned affiliate pregnancy centers and ministries operating mobile medical units
- Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate executive directors, mobile managers, staff, and ministry contacts
- Maintain proactive communication through telephone, email, virtual meetings, and other channels
- Understand affiliate needs, provide support, share resources, and assist with mobile ministry questions
- Provide affiliate customer care, answer questions, and help resolve concerns
- Provide Christian encouragement and prayer support
- Facilitate shared learning among mobile ministry affiliates, including leading monthly ICU Mobile Fleet Meetings
- Provide guidance on mobile unit operations, outreach strategies, and mobile ministry best practices
- Assist with scheduling, locations, church and community outreach, mobile workflow, client services, and other mobile ministry operations
- Identify operational needs and practical solutions for effective and sustainable outreach
- Liaise between affiliates and ICU Mobile/Care Net teams
- Coordinate technical, logistical, educational, and operational assistance
- Track affiliate concerns through resolution and maintain communication
- Identify recurring questions and challenges and communicate them to the Director of Mobile Operations
- Assist with educational resource content and systems management, including portal articles, webinars, Bookstore resources, and Care Net University courses
- Perform assigned duties at Care Net National Conference and ICU Mobile Annual Conference
- Participate in assigned events, meetings, speaking engagements, and representative activities
- Assist with affiliate training events and conferences
- Assist in developing ICU Mobile progress reports
- Support special projects
- Maintain affiliate contact records in HubSpot
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across affiliate programs
- Provide leadership feedback to strengthen and expand the affiliate network
- Gather stories and testimonials of lives impacted through mobile outreach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in pregnancy center and/or mobile medical ministry
- Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to resolve problems and satisfy those with complaints
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and on-camera presentations
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new applications and troubleshoot
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to work with diverse cultures, Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions
- Ability to travel periodically, including to the Care Net National Conference and ICU Mobile Annual Conference
- Four years of college or equivalent years of pregnancy center leadership experience
- Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Commitment to the pro-life position and related sexual purity/health issues
- Agreement to uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Vision/Mission, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy
- Preferred: five years of experience in customer service, content development, office administration, management, pregnancy center ministry, or related field
- Preferred: experience with cloud-based databases and data entry
- Preferred: Master's Degree or nonprofit leadership certification
- Preferred: basic understanding of mobile medical unit operations
