About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, mission, and purpose by understanding user interactions and anticipating needs based on behavior, data, and trends
- Establish a value-based roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage product deliverables and liaise between stakeholders and the development team
- Act as a subject-matter expert on business processes and requirements
- Translate product strategy and business requirements into features
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria communicating product objectives and requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders to mitigate escalations and risks
- Drive requirements gathering, backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demos, and sprint retrospectives
- Lead product demos and forums supporting long-term strategic development
- Lead Agile product delivery as the voice of the customer within the Scrum team
- Continuously adapt product direction based on stakeholder feedback, business value, and market needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; and/or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development
- SAFe/Scrum certification preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with front and back-end engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented work ethic
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Technical development competencies and understanding; must know and understand SDLC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must reside in the United States
