About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively identify and connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and companies to discover open positions, internships, and talent needs aligned with the alumni pool
Match and pitch qualified alumni candidates directly to hiring managers to secure interviews
Stay current on health and sciences hiring trends and provide actionable market intelligence to job seekers
Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and text message to drive graduate participation in Career Services
Track and maintain an active pipeline of job-seeking alumni and re-engage them to understand their career goals and employment status
Document touchpoints, outreach metrics, and placement milestones in the CRM
Deliver 30-minute 1:1 virtual career coaching sessions for health and sciences university alumni
Coach alumni on LinkedIn optimization, resume writing, targeted networking, interview strategy, personal branding and digital visibility, imposter syndrome, and entrepreneurship
Build relationships with high-value employers, primarily large healthcare systems and national corporations
Maintain real-time accuracy in HubSpot and ensure accurate engagement histories and placement pipelines
Report to the Coaching Program Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of direct experience in university employer relations, higher education career services, workforce development, or technical/healthcare recruitment
Active pursuit or completion of a recognized career coaching certification, such as ICF, PARWCC, Lumia, The Academies, Coach U, or equivalent
Hands-on proficiency with Handshake
Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Meet
Exceptional written, verbal, and phone/text communication skills
Comfortable, high-energy approach to cold outreach and candidate representation
Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, prior employment, and education verification
