About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner and primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of small- to mid-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts and programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across Commercial, Market Access, and Operations
  • Support quarterly business reviews, client touchpoints, meetings, and industry conferences
  • Escalate executive-level relationship needs, risks, and growth opportunities to the SVP, Client Success
  • Support execution of the HUB client portfolio strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with Operations, Technology/Product, and Compliance to align HUB services delivery with program requirements
  • Represent manufacturer needs internally and ensure delivery against operational commitments
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, contract renewals, expansion SOW documentation, and annual account planning
  • Monitor program SLAs, KPIs, delivery deadlines, patient journey gaps, and performance dashboards
  • Use HUB data and reporting to track performance, flag barriers, and support optimization efforts
  • Support audits, corrective action planning, client implementations, new launches, special projects, and enhancements
  • Present program performance updates to internal leadership
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and partner with Sales and Account leadership on launches, transitions, and conversions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, ideally within HUB services, patient services, market access, or specialty channel strategy
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. access and reimbursement landscape, including Commercial, Medicare Part B/D, Medicaid, Specialty Pharmacy, and Patient Assistance Program design
  • Experience supporting client relationships or account management functions
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Customer-service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member across all levels of the organization
  • Must be flexible on schedule and hours
  • Overnight business travel required up to 15% of the time
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment
  • Ability to occasionally exert about 20 lbs. of force
