Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognized subject-matter expert operating with minimal supervision
Primary point of accountability for an area of IT data engineering work
Ability to proactively address undefined problems and make recommendations influencing functional strategy
Ability to synthesize input across multiple stakeholder groups
Expertise in data engineering architecture and standards
Experience with enterprise data platforms, data modeling, platform governance, data platform modernization, and cloud adoption
Experience managing vendor and tool relationships for core data engineering platforms
Ability to identify data architecture gaps, technical debt, and improvement opportunities
Ability to mentor senior data engineers and build technical capability across the team
