Resolve basic issues by following policies, procedures, and frequent guidance
Work in different areas as needed to meet production goals
Support the production of quality products and maximize throughput
Comply with safety policies and regulations
Ensure the responsible and proper use of energy in the work area
Comply with and enforce the guidelines of the Energy Management System
Understand and apply the Energy Policy
Monitor energy indicators, as applicable
Implement actions related to the requirements of the Energy Management System
Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to read and write Spanish without difficulty
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms (55 pounds), with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing or descending stairs, kneeling, crouching, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions while using required PPE
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in hot or ambient-temperature conditions
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice
Completion of primary education or higher preferred
