About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design end-to-end caregiver and coordinator experiences across individual features and channels
- Design journeys spanning web, mobile, SMS, push, and voice
- Partner with Product Managers on desired outcomes and own how experiences come to life
- Rethink rewards, recognition, challenges, personalization, and engagement loops for caregivers
- Prototype ideas, test them with real users, and use data to determine what should scale
- Establish a regular research cadence with caregivers and coordinators
- Conduct interviews, usability testing, call listening, and other research methods
- Turn research findings into insights that influence product decisions
- Define and maintain the product design quality bar
- Review user flows before release and identify opportunities for iteration
- Evolve the design system to support consistent, high-quality experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years designing digital products
- Experience designing at least one mobile consumer app and one B2B or operational product
- Shipped products beyond launch, measuring outcomes, learning from users, and iterating
- Portfolio showing problem definition, process, trade-offs, and post-launch changes
- Experience designing for frontline, hourly, or mixed-digital-literacy users
- Hands-on research experience, including interviews and usability testing
- Ability to synthesize research insights into product decisions
- MVP instinct and ability to ship in small steps
- Ability to explain design rationale to PMs, engineers, and leadership
- Experience building, owning, or meaningfully evolving a design system used by engineers
- Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate designs
- Comfort working without dedicated researchers, copywriters, or specialists
- Experience with conversation design, voice UX, or AI-powered products
- Experience designing products across multiple languages, specifically French and Spanish
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, workforce technology, or another complex operational environment
