About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and design digital media content for websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
- Conceptualize and design static graphics, edit short-form video, and produce motion animations for omni-channel campaigns.
- Monitor social and digital trends and platform updates to produce relevant visual assets.
- Manage creative asset processes, systems, and programs while maintaining brand standards.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance the Caris brand and improve customer experience.
- Work with external agencies to ensure consistent production and distribution of creative work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, resource allocation, and content development.
- Ensure timely execution and production of deliverables, including reviews and revisions.
- Translate complex scientific and clinical content into engaging digital assets.
- Manage deadlines and multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Broaden knowledge of company science, culture, business, industry, and trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in design/creative arts, marketing or other related fields is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 2-4 years of work experience in creative services (designer) within a digital marketing/communications function.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital campaigns – portfolio required.
- Must possess strong working knowledge (near expert level) of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, etc., as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of design principles and layout techniques.
- Understanding of image and video dimensions, compression rules, accessibility best practices, and specs for major social and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in creating custom graphics, icons and illustrations.
- Exemplary planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions for business issues.
- Must be able to work across levels in the organization to drive projects to completion.
- Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced, competing deadline driven environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences or creative agency preferred.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment process, including applicable background, drug, credit and reference checks.
