About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Navigate and manage account priorities for proactive business solutions
  • Achieve the right to do business with hospital and laboratory accounts within the assigned area
  • Establish vendor relationships, entity requirements, and best practices for doing business in the assigned area
  • Identify laboratory decision makers and facilitate engagement
  • Communicate and educate compliantly by phone, virtual meeting, and email
  • Collaborate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers, sales teams, and other organizational stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory-related areas
  • Track activities in Salesforce and complete other deliverables
  • Meet or exceed assigned deliverables, team goals, and initiatives within management timelines
  • Review progress, strategic challenges, and opportunities with leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of Caris offerings, competitive landscape, and hospital/laboratory administration issues
  • Submit required paperwork, business plans, reports, and expenses accurately and on time
  • Perform ancillary projects and related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively implementing business-solution related initiatives, managing challenging situations and problem solving
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing timelines, projects, documentation and tracking progress, and resolving conflicts
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Skills building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, internal sales teams and cross-functional departments
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, reporting tools such as Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player and people management skills
  • Must maintain HIPAA and other compliance guidelines
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification
  • Experience in oncology preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital systems and pathology networks preferred
  • Established relationships in hospital, laboratory, and pathology space preferred
