About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage leads involving incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficiently high-quality vehicle listings
- Work with customers to optimize listings and obtain missing information
- Support customers from the initial contact through the successful sale of their vehicle
- Guide customers through the entire sales process through to the successful completion of the purchase
- Serve as the customers’ primary point of contact and answer questions about the vehicle and listing
- Advise customers on pricing as well as relevant information and documentation
- Identify early when a sales process is losing momentum and take appropriate action
- Contribute to sales targets by achieving the required sales quota
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a comparable role
- Strong understanding of sales and customer needs
- Motivation to continuously improve and grow together with the company
- Confident use of digital tools and new software solutions
- Native-level German
- Good English skills are desirable
- Experience with cars, mobility, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
