About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities
- Assist with procurement and purchase order processes
- Support supplier communication and order follow-up
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Support logistics and delivery coordination
- Assist with supply and demand planning activities
- Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation
- Support reporting and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and other Carrier teams
- Support process improvement and Supply Chain projects
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service
- Use Carrier systems and tools to maintain accurate information
- Take part in training and development activities throughout the apprenticeship
Requirements
What you’ll need- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Operations
- Good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
