About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on the London region
  • Grow the recurring revenue account base of service agreement customers
  • Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites
  • Make sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, answer questions, and secure new customer maintenance agreements
  • Establish customer rapport and identify prospects’ needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps
  • Perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to evaluate customer needs and create maintenance agreement proposals
  • Use sales tools such as Salesforce to track and develop an active backlog of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations to deliver quality results on Maintenance Agreements and resolve customer issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong service sales background
  • Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC or Heat-Pump marketplace is a bonus, or ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make calls to prospective customers, handle customer inquiries, and develop these into project wins and new revenue
  • UK Driving Licence
  • IT literate with MS Office skills
