About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development and adoption of digital platforms implemented across the business
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather system requirements and apply best-practice solutions
- Support user management, support tickets, training, solution design, and end-to-end implementations
- Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from sales teams, dealers, and system stakeholders
- Manage new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Resolve user support tickets and issues
- Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders
- Make Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Monitor user adoption
- Train users and create training materials
- Perform data and system validation for enhancement releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of business systems analysis experience
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of business systems analysis experience
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool administration
- Experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI and other Microsoft 365 Applications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Some knowledge of the transportation industry
- Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- A desire to implement best practice digital solutions
- Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
