About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the dedicated Compressor CIPT and manage the cross-functional team
- Establish accountability for component performance across the value chain
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews
- Drive governance and risk escalation processes
- Own performance management against engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and financial KPIs
- Serve as accountable leader for compressor readiness, delivery, quality, capacity, and cost objectives
- Translate business objectives into executable supply chain, engineering, and operational plans
- Drive strategic sourcing and industrialization decisions
- Lead and influence a matrixed Integrated Product Team across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Supplier Development, Materials Planning, and Program Management
- Establish metrics and governance mechanisms to identify risks and drive recovery actions
- Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic investments
- Foster accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Promote data-driven decision-making and operational discipline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive experience in at least two of: Operations/Manufacturing; Supply Chain/Sourcing/Supplier Development; Program Management/Product Industrialization
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, programs, or business initiatives
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- Preferred: 1+ years’ experience with rotating equipment, refrigeration components, motors, cooling systems, or other strategic electromechanical commodities as an engineer or supply chain leader
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in HVAC, data center, or heavy industrial industries
