About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Kinaxis Maestro, including data models, integration patterns, and configuration frameworks
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance Connected Planning solutions
Define solution blueprints, module configurations, and best-practice modeling approaches across planning domains
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and IT security requirements
Oversee and guide global implementations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity Planning
Provide hands-on leadership in Maestro configuration, scenario modeling, and workbook development
Lead design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and deep-dive sessions with business and IT stakeholders
Act as the technical escalation point and mentor for architecture decisions, design standards, and best practices
Serve as the architect and technical authority for Connected Planning within the Digital Factory Center of Excellence
Enable smarter decision-making, improved supply chain performance, and enterprise-wide digital transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Digital Supply Chain transformation roles
8+ years of experience in a global industrial company supporting multiple business units
8+ years of experience leading or supporting digital transformation for industrial manufacturing and supply chain operations
5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar platforms (o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMP) across multiple planning domains
MBA preferred
Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners
Experience managing project financials, resource planning, and benefits realization for enterprise digital products
Proven experience leading global implementations and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of integrated planning domains including Demand, Supply, Production, S&OE, and Inventory
Advanced English proficiency with strong oral and written communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership
