About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create cases, open jobs, and dispatch work orders in coordination with team supervisors
  • Monitor project timelines, track task progress, and provide backup coverage for the master scheduler
  • Order parts, process purchases, handle goods receipts, and manage invoices
  • Reconcile accounts, match Procard transactions, complete cost transfers, and process credit requests
  • Execute client billing for completed billable work and submit warranty claims
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, COI requirements, audit controls, and regulated material procedures
  • Track team KPIs and operational cadence metrics, and report trends or risks to management
  • Coordinate teamwork schedules to maintain continuous customer support and review project outcomes
  • Support the Edmonton Data Center team in daily operational management and service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination; OR High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination
  • Experience supporting teams or working within a team environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise software such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP S/4Hana
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate adaptably
  • Effective English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada
  • No visa sponsoring available
