About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deploy value-added service offerings related to financing and government incentives
- Support HVAC sales growth and improve customer access to solutions
- Structure simple, efficient, and compliant journeys for installers, partners, and customers
- Deploy financing offers and incentive programs across all market segments
- Ensure campaign execution in line with timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements
- Simplify access to incentives and financing solutions for customers and installers
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to streamline customer journeys
- Manage relationships with banks, agents, and specialized service providers
- Monitor program performance and lead optimization initiatives
- Identify and implement improvements to offerings, tools, and processes
- Maintain active regulatory monitoring and develop relationships with institutional stakeholders in the sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience managing offerings, services, or marketing campaigns in technical, energy, or building-related environments
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficiency renovation incentive programs (CEE, MaPrimeRénov’, etc.)
- Expertise in financing solutions (credit, leasing, rental) and their regulatory environment
- Experience managing external partners, including banks, agents, service providers, and installer networks
- Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities to monitor performance, optimize programs, and support decision-making
- Knowledge of the HVAC, building, or energy-efficiency renovation sectors is a plus
