About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach and develop four Team Leaders: Infrastructure & DevOps, Software Platform (Team 2), Software Platform (Team 3), and Data & Intelligence
Own the technical roadmap and delivery plan for Addvolt's digital services
Partner with Product Management, Engineering leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into prioritized plans
Drive infrastructure and DevOps maturity across CI/CD, cloud architecture, observability, security, reliability and cost efficiency
Oversee the two Software Platform teams, ensuring architectural consistency, shared standards, code quality and coordinated release planning
Champion Data & Intelligence initiatives, including data pipelines, analytics and applied intelligence/ML
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and OKRs across all four teams
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks and conflicts
Foster engineering excellence, collaboration, ownership and continuous learning
Own resourcing, hiring plans and career development pathways
Report on digital services performance, roadmap progress and risks to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Solid experience in technology/software organizations
More than 7 years of experience
Experience managing managers or team leads, not just individual contributors
Track record leading or working closely with infrastructure/DevOps, software platform, and/or data engineering teams
Strong technical foundation across cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, software architecture, and data platforms
Experience defining technical strategy and roadmaps
Experience translating business priorities into cross-team engineering execution
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching team leaders, resolving conflict, and building high-performing, autonomous teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs across multiple teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving priorities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
