About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out scheduled service visits throughout the Tirol and Vorarlberg regions as assigned by Dispatch
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions
- Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
- Document service activities in the company’s IT system
- Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month
- Provide on-site customer support and technical advice
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems throughout the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical profession
- Good spoken and written German
- Basic IT skills
- Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
