About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out service visits in Upper Austria and Salzburg according to schedules prepared by the dispatch team
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions
- Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
- Document service calls in the company’s IT system
- Participate in the on-call service outside regular business hours
- Act as the on-site contact for customers and ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems in the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education or apprenticeship (apprenticeship, technical secondary school, technical college, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or similar
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field
- Good spoken and written German
- Basic IT skills
- Strong customer focus and technical aptitude
- Willingness to participate in on-call service outside regular business hours, for a maximum of one week per month
