About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform commissioning of equipment and systems
  • Ensure preventive maintenance visits and regular inspections of systems and equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, air-handling units, heat pumps, and similar equipment
  • Carry out service work and repairs, from leak detection to machine replacement, including compressor replacement
  • Work across all phases of installation and maintenance
  • Prepare and manage service call and activity reports
  • Resolve critical customer issues involving HVAC and energy systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry, particularly with large industrial chillers
  • Qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
  • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong technical knowledge of Carrier or other manufacturers' equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to perform effectively in challenging situations
