About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commission and service heat pumps at end customers’ homes and facilities operated by commercial customers
- Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support field service colleagues in the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participate in the on-call service rotation with the goal of assisting customers as quickly as possible
- Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Valid refrigerant handling certification
- Valid Category B driving license
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude
- Highly customer-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel
