About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support colleagues in the technical field service team across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participate in on-call duty to help customers as quickly as possible
- Contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC and plumbing systems technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Valid refrigerant handling certification
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to travel
