Key responsibilities & impact

Commission and maintain our heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites
Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
Support your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory
Participate in the on-call service rota with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
Help drive sustainable energy solutions forward

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electrician, or electrician/electrical installer
Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician
Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
Valid refrigeration handling certificate
Valid Class B driving licence
Good written and spoken German
Strong technical aptitude
High customer focus
Willingness to travel
