About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider surrounding area
- Participating in the on-call service to help customers as quickly as possible
- Commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting heat pumps in the Herford region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer
- Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or technician
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate
- Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- High customer focus
- Willingness to travel
