Key responsibilities & impact

Support one of Carrier’s business segments or functions, such as WHQ, HVAC, or Transportation
Work with Finance teams including Controllership & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations or Factory Finance, and other Finance areas
Actively participate in presentations, training sessions, networking opportunities, and program events
Build upon formal education while developing a professional network
Strengthen analytical and communication skills and gain experience with teamwork and leadership
Network across multiple business functions and segments and learn from current FLP associates and alumni

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business field
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be a US Citizen or eligible to work in US without sponsorship
Prior work experience preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time job while in school
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
