About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide timely, accurate, customer-focused first-contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals
- Support Human Resource Operations and business units with administrative transactions, data validation, auditing, and corrections
- Serve as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures
- Ensure data integrity through HR Information System audits
- Update and analyze process designs and workflows for policies and procedures
- Provide policy interpretation recommendations
- Create and present training presentations
- Research and resolve employee issues with internal and external clients and vendors
- Serve as an employee and customer advocate
- Identify and drive process improvements, quality, and compliance
- Analyze data issues and provide root cause analysis
- Incorporate Lean practices into daily activities and projects
- Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports
- Achieve internally set quality standards, goals, metrics, and targets
- Assist with data migration and auditing during acquisitions
- Ensure alignment of grading structure and support Gender Pay Reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
- Ensure use of employee self-service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
- University Degree or equivalent
- Limited knowledge of Carrier organization
- Less than 1 year of prior relevant experience
- Advanced written and verbal English
- Proactive approach
