About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise business applications
- Build and deploy applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks
- Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications
- Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Support deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and adoption across the organization
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines
- Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar technologies
- Experience with FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience with AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial engineering domains preferred
- Familiarity with compressors, motors, heat exchangers, valves, and related technical products preferred
- Experience with engineering data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, technical documentation, and PLM systems preferred
- Experience developing AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, product development, or digital transformation initiatives preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
- Passion for innovation and applying AI technologies to complex business challenges
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives
