About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic partnership, planning, and delivery across Digital and the wider business
- Enable successful execution of enterprise-level priorities and major transformation initiatives
- Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams
- Continuously test, validate, and align business objectives with technology investments and operational goals
- Translate business needs into high-quality strategies, roadmaps, and solutions
- Lead and coordinate complex programs, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts
- Manage dependencies, project risks, and governance
- Oversee end-to-end execution for transparent, accountable, successful project delivery
- Design solutions that accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of new digital capabilities
- Champion sustainable organizational change and continuous operational enhancement
- Manage and drive global ERP testing events
- Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities
- Drive down testing costs and improve quality using AI and other improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- 7+ years’ experience leading ERP implementation test events
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Understanding of test automation and knowledge of SAP functional flows
- Proficiency with Jira and Xray configuration and test management
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
