About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete three 12-month rotations in Carrier Operations
- Change geographic locations between each rotation
- Work across Climate Solutions Transport, Climate Solutions Americas – Commercial, and Climate Solutions Americas – Residential business units
- Lead deployment of Carrier’s continuous improvement operating system across factories
- Obtain the Carrier Excellence Certificate
- Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives
- Apply cutting-edge technology and lean principles to learn manufacturing concepts
- Develop a cross-business, cross-functional professional network
- Receive mentoring and guidance from Carrier Operations Leaders
- Work with current OLP Associates on engagement teams to continuously improve program quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction; or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with expected graduation in Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0
- Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations
- Must be able to start the Leadership Program in June 2027
- Ability to perform duties related to Manufacturing Supervisor roles
- Relevant internship, co-op, or previous work experience
- Strong commitment and interest in a career within Operations
- Proactive and results-driven approach in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Capacity to lead, motivate, and influence through effective communications
