About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process accurate and timely semi-monthly payroll for U.S. executive-level employees, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components
  • Manage and reconcile executive deferred compensation plans, stock options, RSUs, and other equity-based compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and company policies
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams on executive compensation and payroll-related matters
  • Respond confidentially to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, compensation statements, and benefits
  • Support year-end payroll processing and reporting requirements
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll, health benefits, retirement plans, and compensation programs
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of executive payroll and compensation information
  • Review payroll documentation for accuracy, completeness, and authorization
  • Process stock transactions, deferred compensation payouts, retirement contributions, health deductions, tax-advantaged plans, and fringe benefits
  • Manage benefit and executive payroll integrations
  • Respond to inquiries from government agencies, financial institutions, management, and employees
  • Support projects, audits, process improvements, and additional assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience within a large national or multinational organization
  • College education in Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience using the GlobalView (ADP) SAP-based payroll system
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Administration and Human Resources practices and procedures
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of applicable federal and state payroll regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive employees and senior leadership
  • Experience managing executive compensation programs, including equity awards, deferred compensation, and non-qualified benefit plans (nice to have)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting executive payroll audits and compliance initiatives (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations, benefits administration systems, and compensation platforms (nice to have)
  • Experience working within a global payroll environment (nice to have)
