About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and lead BMS / HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery
  • Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven Experience within a similar role as a Project Manager within the BMS or HVAC Industry
  • Ability to develop and deliver margin improvement strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
