Manage the daily coordination of approximately 15 projects
Prepare and maintain budgets and staffing requirements
Estimate project costs
Gather and analyze data
Prepare progress reports
Coordinate project tasks
Identify project problems and recommend solutions
Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to ensure project completion
Allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks
Prepare reports communicating project status within the project team
Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones
Act as primary customer contact and develop customer relationships
Understand and meet customer needs
Support the business development team
Write project proposals
Interact with client executives
Ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and clear information

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license
Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade
Capable of lifting items up to 50lbs
Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3- or 4-year program) preferred
Project Management experience preferred
PMP Certification preferred
Able to lead and motivate teams
Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
Working knowledge of project financial reporting
Ability to deal with multiple challenges simultaneously
