Key responsibilities & impact

  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and staffing requirements

  • Act as a primary customer contact and develop customer relationships

  • Ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and clear information
  • Operate on a hybrid schedule to manage onsite projects in the Seattle, Washington area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade
  • Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3- or 4-year program)
  • Preferred: PMP Certification
  • Able to lead and motivate teams
  • Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of project financial reporting
  • Ability to deal with multiple challenges simultaneously
