About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end consolidated P&L forecasting, including Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx, and Operating Income
Lead Monthly Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly outlooks, and Long-Range Plans (LRP)
Develop and refine financial models, methodologies, and assumptions to increase forecast accuracy and visibility
Prepare monthly business reviews, operating reviews, and Board-ready presentations for executive leadership
Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, investment evaluations, and decision-support analytics for strategic initiatives
Identify, quantify, and communicate key business risks and opportunities alongside proactive mitigation strategies
Serve as the lead finance partner to Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Engineering, and Corporate functions
Align cross-functional operational drivers with overall corporate financial commitments
Analyze and consolidate financial results, detailing variance drivers versus budget, forecast, prior year, and long-range goals
Establish KPIs and financial dashboards to monitor performance and enforce operational accountability
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across reporting and forecasting workflows
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of FP&A professionals
Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls, governance standards, and corporate policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
6 + years of progressive finance, FP&A, or business finance experience within a large, complex organization
6 + years of experience leading enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership across functions
6 + years of experience in financial statements (Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx, Operating Income)
Advanced financial modeling
Strategic thinking and quantitative analysis
6 + years of experience with ERP systems
Experience with enterprise planning/financial reporting software
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Interest in team building
