  • Develop and implement a variety of HR programs

  • Partner with leadership, HRBPs, and the talent partner on onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and training
  • Support identification of high-potential talent and design growth and development programs
  • Collaborate with recruitment to attract engineering talent, support interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Support employee lifecycle management, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, provide coaching, and facilitate communication across teams
  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with federal, state, and local laws
  • Support compliance initiatives and keep employees informed about company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience supporting Engineering and Technology client groups
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to influence leader decisions
  • Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
