About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the regional Total Rewards strategy across Latin America
  • Lead the benefits strategy across Latin America by partnering with vendors, brokers, and market intelligence teams
  • Develop compensation and reward strategies using market benchmarking and analysis
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on incentive compensation programs
  • Lead annual compensation programs, including merit and global incentive compensation programs
  • Provide consultative expertise on compensation and benefits program analysis, design, and implementation
  • Ensure Total Rewards programs comply with applicable country requirements
  • Support the regional rewards communication strategy and employee value proposition
  • Simplify, streamline, and automate Total Rewards processes
  • Serve as a change leader for Carrier’s Total Rewards strategy and philosophy
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through compensation and benefits integration
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve COE processes, services, and Total Rewards solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years of Human Resources and/or Total Rewards experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing benefits across Latin America, particularly Mexico, Brazil, and Chile
  • Demonstrated Total Rewards expertise influencing senior stakeholders across diverse businesses, industries, locations, and employee populations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus balancing business requirements, employee needs, cost considerations, and execution
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
