About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, transform and implement global Workday HCM activities
  • Support delivered Workday HCM solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to business stakeholders while gathering requirements and consulting on Core HCM capabilities and configurations
  • Design, test, and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable business processes and solutions
  • Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business and technical requirements
  • Provide Workday support, including analysis and troubleshooting of design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data issues
  • Coordinate testing to ensure product functionality and upstream/downstream integrations work as designed
  • Work with Application Management Services teams in Core HCM to understand operational activities
  • Stay current with Workday, leading HCM technologies, and Gen AI relevant to Core HCM
  • Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders and Digital teams
  • Assist Product Managers and Product Leaders with the strategic roadmap for Core HCM
  • Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle for Core HCM, including analysis, impact review, and adoption of new features

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization
  • Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field
