About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive customer on-time-delivery and past due metrics aligned with customer expectations

  • Prioritize units in transit allocated to customer orders
  • Partner with customer services to manage escalations and priorities
  • Align daily and monthly capacity with SIOP and Distribution Centers
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster integration between customer services, manufacturing, distribution centers, and transportation
  • Analyze data and report operational performance to executive management
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, transportation, or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coordinating logistics and order fulfillment across the United States, Mexico, and Canada (nice to have)
  • Prior experience partnering with SIOP and Manufacturing teams to manage capacity planning (nice to have)
  • Advanced capability in data analysis tools to predict order delays and build proactive recovery plans (nice to have)
