About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across different business functions
- Post and maintain job openings across internal and external recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and support initial outreach to potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support university relations, career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with recruitment reports, trackers, and Talent Acquisition metrics
- Support candidate communication throughout different stages of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide additional support for Talent Acquisition and HR activities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least one year remaining before graduation
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Previous internship, academic, or project experience related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms (nice to have)
- Experience participating in university activities, career fairs, student organizations, or employer branding initiatives (nice to have)
- Strong interest in recruitment, candidate experience, employer branding, and HR processes (nice to have)
