About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide training and support to Automated Logic field offices in North America
  • Travel approximately 50% to locations within the USA, possibly internationally, for trips lasting about five days
  • Educate internal employees and customers in the design, installation, and maintenance of building automation systems, with a focus on the datacenter market
  • Conduct hands-on training for engineers, installers, and end-users on WebCTRL software and hardware in mission-critical datacenter environments
  • Deliver instruction on HVAC controls, DDC, and EMS
  • Design task-based technical exercises, troubleshooting scenarios, and custom learning modules
  • Partner with North American field offices and clients on-site to deliver localized training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of experience in installation or servicing Building Automation Systems
  • 1+ year of experience mentoring, presenting, educating, or training others in the HVAC / DDC field
  • Hands-on experience with Automated Logic WebCTRL / Carrier i-Vu systems or other industry products preferred
  • Deep understanding of commercial datacenter infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and lighting control interactions preferred
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, instructional design methods, and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Project, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Ability to simplify highly technical content, manage project timelines, and consult effectively with cross-functional teams preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively; approximately 50% travel
  • This position does not support immigration sponsorship
