About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cloud products
- Collaborate closely with functional and development teams
- Organize and prioritize team work through a managed backlog and sprint board
- Ensure delivery of maximum value to customers
- Define the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and market developments
- Coach the team to remain aligned with the overall product vision
- Focus on financial reporting, audit, and related workflows for the Dutch accountancy market
- Act as the final responsible owner for Cloud solution success
- Understand customer needs and balance stakeholder demands
- Translate insights into product decisions and priorities
- Share progress through roadmap presentations and other communications
- Create clarity and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or a strong affinity with audit and accounting (hands-on experience in practice is a plus)
- Deep understanding of the Dutch market and user needs
- Ability to support delivery of accurate, high-quality, and compliant product content
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
